These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Zelara Health ("Zelara Health," "we," "us," or "our") at zelarahealth.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Nature of Services
Zelara Health operates as a coordination platform that facilitates access to licensed physician evaluation and, where physicians determine it is appropriate, prescription of compounded medications through licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Zelara Health does not practice medicine, prescribe medications, compound drugs, or provide medical advice.
All clinical decisions, including eligibility determinations, treatment appropriateness, and prescribing, are made solely by independently licensed physicians. Zelara Health does not influence, direct, or override clinical judgment.

3. No Guarantee of Prescription or Treatment
Submitting information through this Site, joining a waitlist, or completing a clinical intake does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription, be accepted as a member, or receive any particular treatment. Eligibility and appropriateness are determined solely by licensed physicians based on individual health profiles. In many cases, no intervention may be recommended.
4. Compounded Medications
Compounded medications that may be prescribed through physicians affiliated with Zelara Health are not FDA-approved as finished products. They are prepared by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies pursuant to individual patient prescriptions. Compounded medications have not been independently evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Individual outcomes vary.
