Physician-Led Review 503A Compounding Pharmacy Documented Sourcing Standards
Our Model

A governance platform, not a storefront.

Zelara Health coordinates licensed clinicians, FDA-registered pharmacies, and members pursuing longevity care. We don't sell interventions. We coordinate clinical evaluation and oversight. Prescriptions, when appropriate, are issued by licensed physicians.

Treatment decisions belong to clinicians. In many cases, no intervention is recommended. Our role is ensuring every determination is rigorous, documented, and executed under proper standards.

The Status Quo

Emerging therapies deserve structured oversight.

The current longevity market leaves three critical gaps unmanaged:

Opaque Sourcing

The research-grade market operates without identity verification, purity validation, or documented sourcing.

Ad-hoc Protocols

Self-directed protocols transfer the entire risk profile to the individual. Protocols are designed to be clinician-vetted.

No Accountability

Interventions labeled outside regulatory pathways offer no recourse. A structured clinical framework changes that.

The Process

Structured. Documented. Clinical.

01 — Clinical Intake

Structured clinical intake reviewed by a licensed physician. Evaluation does not guarantee prescription.

02 — Physician Review

Where appropriate, a physician may prescribe a protocol matched to your baseline and goals.

03 — Pharmacy Coordination

Prescriptions are prepared and shipped by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy under USP 797/795 standards.

04 — Clinical Support

Ongoing oversight throughout your program.

Scope

Clear boundaries.

Zelara Health does not provide primary care, emergency services, diagnosis of acute conditions, or mental health treatment. Our clinical scope is limited to evaluation and coordination of specific longevity-focused protocols where physicians determine appropriateness.

Important Boundary

Eligibility, appropriateness, and treatment decisions are determined by licensed physicians based on individual health profiles. Not all therapies are appropriate for all members. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Individual outcomes vary.

Membership

Built for people who expect rigor.

A select membership pursuing evidence-informed longevity, recovery, and cognitive optimization with clinical standards that match the seriousness of the undertaking.
